4. Project Timeline and Delivery
We strive to deliver projects within the timeframes specified in our proposals
The "7 days or less" delivery applies to standard packages and begins after receiving all necessary content and materials from the client
Delays caused by client feedback, content delivery, or revision requests may extend the timeline
Rush delivery may incur additional fees
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
Standard projects require 50% deposit to begin work, with balance due upon completion
Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are billed in advance
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee and result in service suspension
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

7. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Revisions and Change Requests

9. Hosting and Maintenance
Hosting services, when provided, are subject to acceptable use policies
We guarantee 99% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance
Backup services are provided as a courtesy but clients remain responsible for maintaining their own backups
Hosting may be terminated for non-payment or violation of terms
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, TRAFFIC, SALES, OR SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, PLUGINS, OR PLATFORMS.
11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL AAERO, LLC OR GORILLA WEBSITES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
